FKS 140 plastic stopper

So I took my Opus's out for the 4th time the other day, and noticed the little plastic stopper that stops the heelpeice from swinging around everywhere had fallen off. I didn't think this was a big deal until I realized it actually stops the heelpiece from sliding backwards. Because of this my boot no longer properly fits the bindings, has this happened to anyone else? Not really to sure what to do, the shop I bought them from is a few hours away so I'd like another opinion before I have to drive that far.

Saw one just like this come into my shop a few weeks ago. Rossi took care of it via. warranty. Shouldn't be an issue. Will just be without a heel piece for a little.

Yeah I thought I'd need to get them warrantied, just thought I'd ask about it without needing to drive for hours to get to the shop I bought them from. Thanks for the help.
