I know this another binding thread but oh well. basically i need some new fks for my on3p fr's and i can get fks 120s for £100 or fks 140s £230. i know the 140s are way too expensive but is it worth getting them. im about 6ft and about 165lb. Going to be used 100% in park skiing pretty hard.

help please

they are literally 100% the same aside from the spring, if you aren't an 11 or 12 din you can get away with the 120s

If you don't need the din get 12. If you aren't on 11 or close to that (10 or there about) go for 12.

How much do you weigh? I don't know anyone besides a couple massive dudes who ride with a din above 10. Im 165 and rock my dins around 8 and have never had a problem with early ejectinos, etc and they release perfectly.

I currently ride my griffons on around 8.5 - 9 din which is fine but i might need to wind them up for hitting bigger stuff. not too sure though im not that tech with gear. For 6ft as well im not heavy so you recon il be fine with the 120s?

If you regularly die 8.5-9 din, the 120 should suffice as the 140 and 120 I believe are the exact build just different din numbers. When you say hitting bigger stuff how big are you going and how much more do you crank?

tbh i cant think i would ever need it past 11. but i know you should max out the bindings din, but would they be fine to crank up to 10.5/11?

Don't see why not. I would go 140 if you regularly rode at 10.5 but since you dknt save yourself money and weight

you probably won't need to crank them, ever since getting fks I've never actually pre-released from them when I used to every once in a while with my markers and tyrolias
