im curious, i just got some pivot 12's essentially the same as the fks 120.

i open the box and there is this white grease on all the parts that move on the binding. ive never bought new bindings before so is this normal?

yes, maybe not so much everywhere, but near the moving pieces its fine

Ya. Its just that they risk sitting for a while in a shop before they are bought so that is there to help keep all the moving parts in order
