Mix up a slow setting two-part epoxy. System 3 makes some pretty good stuff that's stronger than the marine/j.b. weld epoxy. Smear inside the delam, covering the fiberglass and wood core. Cover the base and top sheet with metal scraper plates and clamp with c-clamps.
