Fixing Chips

Is there any way of fixing those chips on the sides of the topsheet. My Armadas took a beating and the sides of the topsheet have some nice chips in them. Any help?? Preferably a solution that isn't too costly

"Hey baby, go home it's 3 o'clock in the morning"

"I'm selling weed nigga!!!"

"Stop sellin weed you got your whole life ahead of you"

"Fuck you nigga I kids to feed" - Dave Chapelle

mine have that too, i think its a pretty general thing for armada's. or at least the older ones.

Orange Peel Films.

same thing happen to my t-hall pros

i was thinkin some kind of epoxy

Obey the Law of Supergroovalisticprosifunkstication

Everyone has that problem... epox could use i guess. tho i have never seen ppl putting it on their skis

It's only cosmetic, and won't affect the ski at all. If you're that worried about how your skis look, get a snowboard. Then you'll be cool.

Kidding, don't do that..... But there really isn't anything to do to fix it.

If it's a deep chip, the cover it nice with some 2-part epoxy. If it's just cosmetic then you cant do anything. Unless you buy the missing topsheet parts at Armada and glue them on...lol

yeah its really only cosmetic, but if u dont want the chips to continue on a new ski fill them with epoxy. I have 2 new sets of armadas and ive used a little epoxy on both to minimize the continuation of chips. if u do use epoxy, use the strongest stuff, it has like some pounds per square inch ratio or something to indicate its strength. Also use 2 part epoxy, hardener and the adhesive, way better, or at least i think so. epoxy is somewhere between 7-8 bucks to about 12-14 maybe, not exactly sure ive had my stuff for a long time.

my friend did that and it didnt turn out bad. doesnt look to bad and has held up very well. i dont think i would do that with little chips though
