Fixes for being tired

Are you free of sleep disorders and getting a reasonable amount of sleep?

On work day's I start at 3AM and am normally fine until 9PM that night without relying on too much coffee

Also worth noting, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea back in the day and a CPAP machine helped me get real sleep; have since lost a bunch of weight and get good sleep without the CPAP now

 
Don't stay up on your phone, avoid screen time a couple hours before you go to bed. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Workout hard, stay busy during the day. The sooner you get in a routine the sooner you'll wake up refreshed and ready to take the day without stimulants.

But also getting on a good sleep schedule. Also getting old. I work nighta so Im always tired though :( Some people are better at mornings than others though.
 
ive started wearing a wooden glory acorn. I simply spread a thin coat of canola oil on it, and gently insert it into my anal cavity when I wake up. keep in mind this is no buttplug, as it is hand chiseled oak with a light texture to prevent its premature exit. I'll usually wear this on the car ride to work. Just gun it at the first speed bump you see, and you'll save loads on morning coffee (or should I say loose loads over this fantastic and elegant invention).
 
admit that you are a caffeine addict and use the power of science to manage it. plan ahead get enough sleep but not too much because you want to wake up in time to take in more caffeine. set an alarm on your phone and be responsible

Get enough sleep.

If you stop consuming caffeine for a week or so it might be hard for the first few days but you'll probably find after a week, you might not feel as tired without it. Worked for me but now I'm drinking coffee and tea regularly again just because I like it so much.

Avoid screen time for an hour before bed, read a book or something instead.

If you feel tired after work take a nap, or take a siesta mid day if you can.

I find a shower, especially alternating hot and cold water is really good for waking up, or a swim if you live near a lake or the ocean. Even going for a bike ride or run is good for waking up.
 
Been getting up between 4 and 4:30am every single morning since May, usually up before 7am most days in the winter now which is nice for skiing. A good sleep rhythm helps but its hard to get into, and then it kinda sucks cuz you dont really plan a social life around it cuz you gotta go to bed earlish on most nights

I eat a breakfast right away but nothing too heavy. Coffee helps, but not until after you eat. Then a shitload of water, just cuz I work outside. I think being hydrated as fuck helps with mental fatigue throughout the day.
 
Go to sleep and wake up at/around the same time every day. No sleeping in or catching up on sleep. Oversleeping is no bueno.

Dont be in front of a screen when trying to go to bed. Light suppresses release of melatonin which is what helps initiate healthy/regular sleep. If you must, consider getting blue light glasses. Blue light suppresses melatonin the most, so you’ll get some sleep benefit(not a ton) by wearing them.

Only use your bed for sex and sleep (seriously) no napping in bed either. No eating, no work, etc. Do NOT lay in bed for more than 20 minutes. If you don’t fall asleep then, get out of bed and relax before attempting to go to sleep. The idea behind this is that it teaches your brain that bed is only for sleep not being awake. Overtime it will allow you to fall asleep and stay asleep easier.

Exercise during the day, preferably earlier to kick start the day. Do not exercise within 3ish hours of bed time. Nutrition is also important. Eating a balanced diet and eating at appropriate times will help you sleep(within an hour of wake up and nothing within 3-4 hours of going to sleep).
