Fix "Quoting"

In the current way that quotes are being made, when you quote someone, it happens to quote their entire post.. Including their signature. You should get rid of that signature part because it is really quite useless and maybe you shouldn't put a limit on how long the quote is when it is "requoted".

yea that quote feature would be good if it quoted the whole thing, however its useless with only the two lines because I still need to go back and find the persons post to undersatnd what it is about.

i like stencil revolution's quote ing it takes the person's whole post but in your response you can edit it to show what u want it to
