fitness test

i know in nova scotia, well at least in my high school we have fitness tests that are compared to fellow students, and the national basketball team. Does anybody else have these?

yeh I have something similar at my school except its that you compare your time or number of reps to charts to see if your any good.

at my school we have pe and advanced pe. the pe class is for freshmen and sophomores. then advanced is for juniors and senoirs. freshmen and sophomores run all the time. upperclass go bowling swimming badmitton and the cool stuff.

2 weeks ago I went to Outdoor school Camp with my grade.My teacher was in a Field talking to his Girlfriend at 11:30 pm, my friend and I were suspicious so we flashed a flaslight in the eyes of my teacher and they were closed. We Burst out laughing I said 'His having phone sex'. So the Next Day I went around and told EVERYONE in my grade what happened last night. I said to them 'on the count of 3 we'll say MR. a leger test is set up in a gymnasium, where you have to run to the other side of the gym before it beeps. you are allowed on screwup. The beeps get faster and faster, and every 8 beeps it goes up by 1/2 a point. The national basketball team average for that is 13.

we have to do a stretch test, you sit on the floor and lunge foward and try to see how far ahead of your feet you can get your hands when they are together. The soles of your feet are 0... i got -3 inches
