What do you think of Fischer as a company? Will you not buy their stuff because one of their riders left and started a 'core' company? What are your general opinons on them as a company and on their skis? Graphics?

I think they make some of the sickest skiing skis out. The graphics are lacking, which to me doesnt mean jack, but since I got to sell their stuff I wish they would add something to them. All their reps seem to be very cool and down to earth and for the most part know that they are lacking in the newschool scene and want to get the compnay to do something about it.

 
i have airstyle nt's....they rip the mountain, and are pretty stiff (i weigh 200 lbs so i need stiff) they are nicely stable (because they're fischers and fischer race skis own) but they lack pop, which is why they may become my rail skis because you get no juice when you hit a kicker. also i like the camo graphics (probably could have made it cooler looking than it is) but the new models look pretty sick. i haven't skied anything deep with them yet since i only got them at the end of last season.

my guess is that when sterbenz quit fischer to make his own ski he corrected everything that was wrong about the airstyle nt but kept the slight race influence because they are killer outside the park

he left fischer b/c they wouldnt make him a certain ski i forgot what but i had airstyles and there were okay except the tails were like 2 mm off the snow

as Race skis, Fischer are definately top notch, can't speak for the twins, never used em. But there new all mountain stuff is supposed to be top notch as well.

I got Rx8ti's coming soon, and hopefully they will live up to my expectations.

 
Fischer as of quality of the ski is awesome. I rode the airstyle and airstyle nt for one year on each. the NT is a solid ski rips everything. They make there stuff quality. I dont see how you guys have trouble finding there stuff. My dad was a rep for them for years but the company just didnt give him anything whorth while to stay with them just how you have seen with other people. So thats why they dont sell as much as other companys who are in it for the core of the sport. Other than that there product is awesome.

I got the Airstyle NT's last yr and skied em the full year i loved um good in bc good on gromed and ice unless u slide rails then no ski is good on ice. They rock in the park i got great pop from em. And since I still race they're sl and gs ski kicks so much ass such solid skis. If you need help gettin any just hit me up w/ a pm

Are some skiers trying to copy snowboarding?

Tanner: There\'s a small group of people that are doing that, but I think for the most part, there are a bunch of Rollerbladers and skiboarders that are being gay.

Fisher is the biggest ski company in the world. No they havent gone the freestlye/NS route, but when you suppy a good chunk of Europe their race skis, pow skis, rec skis and cross country skis then you must be doing something right. Include Asia cause they sell lots here too.

When they up grade their twin tip ski maybe next year it will more than likly be bomb proof.

P.S. JAPAN HAS SICK POWDER
