After getting a look at the skins, I was excited to see how well they worked. Have any of you had a chance to use them?

I haven't used em but we should have a review coming out this winter over at Blister, I'll update when it comes out. They look interesting though. I played with them at SIA and felt like glide would probably be much better than their grip, but have no real world use to back that up.

At this point (and keep in mind I'm not the most experienced AT guy) the G3 Alpinist LT are my favorite I've been on (although that tail clip sucks massively)

I do know a few people that are pretty stoked on the Volkl Vacuum skins, but I haven't done anything more than fondle them in a shop.
 
An interesting product. Some major pros ( never wet ) and the glide. Not sure how well they will grip but only time will tell. Stoked to see something different at least.
 
x2 for SIA. I saw them and fondled them in the booth there, but I couldn't snag a pair to test for the On Snow demo at Copper. They were (understandably) always out being used by others.

Sorry I can't help more. I am also super interested in whether they work or not.
 
seems interesting. that little blurb on the website though says "excellent grip in most snow"

how do they stick to your skis is it with glue? or is it like those suction cup style skins that were out several years ago.
