I got word that my firstdrop suit shipped today! Did anyone who ordered jacktes or pants receive theres? i am super pumped on the coming of mine!!!
 
You are complete shit, they are a dope new company, its their first year, personally i have no problems, and right now all they can do is get better. companies gunna be great in a year or two they just needed to get their budget figured out first year. your stuff may be waring out but i guarantee they will only get better and better
 
To be fair the zippers on my saga are starting to rip too. Its sort of funny, because the zippers on the knee pockets that you don't use that much are super sturdy, but the ones on the regular pockets come unstitched at the end it closes at. At least mine is starting to.
 
i also think she is some fake person someone made for their enjoyment does anyone actually know this girl?
 
I got pants, and i like them. besides how easily they rip and how they stitched stuff together that isnt supposed to be together ..!
 
its pretty pathetic that you come on here just to rip on companies and give them bad reps.
 
Thinking about buying the tall suit.. That being said, good decision? I will have to convinvce my parents to let me spend my own money (over-controlling) so i need some good words!
 
Its only a 42 inch zipper and some have said it has a 3 inch exaggeration. Not really all that tall, although some may consider that huge.
 
The suit is true to the size chart, I measured mine and confirmed (not to be confused with hoodie sizing which is about 3 inches smaller than posted). My XL suit is nice and big. Pic in my profile, if you want to see it, and I'm 5'10.

And how is a 42" jacket not all that tall? It's the tallest ski jacket ever made.
 
maybe you should have bought a size up? Sounds like you're odd physique is just busting out of your outerwear to me..
 
you are right that it most likely is the tallest ever made.. but i have always had problems with small jackets, so any extra length is like a safety net for me.
+k for the clarification about length.
 
So they're crap in the meantime untill their stuff gets better, and emuhlee is just mad cause i didn't sell her my hotdoggers

Can you take your stupidity and leave this thread? There is no need to hate on a brand new company, especially something as "homegrown" as FD. The boy started the company with the money he had at the time. That was a legitimate leap of faith, but luckily he has been shown support.
 
she probably doesnt even own first drop, she seems to be dedicated to hating on random companies.

But you have no idea. And once again, you can't call someone unintelligent for not liking the quality of a piece of outerwear.
 
I had a hugeeee rip on my inner leg but that's because I put my ski or soemthing thru it. I do agree the seams are a bit flimsy but they do alright and I'm sure they'll keep getting iller as the years go by. And they have the BEST customer service, they offered me brand new pants for a rip not covered by warantee(spelling). The suit is amazingly warm and waterproof ( not to mention it's the best looking suit on the market imo) and you should be stoked on buying one.

Whoever wanted to get the xlt think again unless you're at least 6'5. I'm 6'3 and my XL and mines plenty big enough.
 
I love my First Drop suit! It has a nice fit, it is really warm and it is pink =DThink the company is really legit, they really have the best costumer service ever. instant replay on emails and stuff. One satisfied customer over here =)
