No offence or anything but that didn't sound that good.....fresh air is goo once and a while...espically if your doing croos training sports for skiing or other extreme things!!!!

Hey kev, I was kidding with the 'only thing in my life'stuff. I do at leat 50 km of mountain bike every day. I use 2 or three hours a day for jump training (the extreme stuff)cause I dont want to get hurt by doing a thing that I,m not sure of beiing able to do.
