so im doing my first stand up comedy show tomorrow night, anyone here done it before? im fucking stoked to do it, i got a banger script written up, lil nervous but thats the fun part hahah!

Dead on. Just stick to what you'd like to say and don't give a shit about whether they are laughing or not. If you get too worked up/start getting worried about the crowd it'll look a lot worse than just finishing up and writing it off.
 
You should talk about why its called a fire truck and not a water truck. Its not like they are bringing fire to your house to burn that shit down. Although that would be a fun as fuck job.
 
probably Fahrenheit 451, because it had a stronger story line, where as brave new world was more all over the place with ideas.
 
Have you read The Island? It's Huxley's counterpoint to Brave New World, basically a Utopia story. Very interesting stuff.
 
i dont really read books ever for some reason even though i really enjoy them when i do, sirens of titan is sitting on my shelf waiting for me and then ill give Brave New World a go
