First snow day in school history

its my schools first in 30 years. since its a boarding school we have school through two feet of snow every week but we are getting an ice storm today so no school. word

In Colorado we get a shit ton of snow but we are expected to be able to travel through it because we have snow most of the year, hence they never cancel school for snow.

That's sick dude. Sucks the college in CMC didn't get canceled though haha.

We have had major road issues, buses not be able to run, yesterday it was -30 when i walked to school, over 9 inches of snow and yet no snow days.

yep, i'm in steamboat too and this is the first snow day i've ever experienced. Its cold as fucking balls right now. On top of the mountain, windchill is like -54 F or something

my school has already had about 6 or 7 snow days and we only get 5 a year. there will definitely be more coming, and they are going to start having school while everyone is on feburary break. i will not be able to attend because i will be in the Dominican with a shit ton of friends drinking around the clock. these snow days also forced my AP calc midterm to be CANCELED so i am ecstatic.

I've seen videos of plows destroying cars in NY after big snowfalls. NY needs to get their shit together.

We had the second in school history ever today. I'm from Chicago and we got shitted on. We've had 2 feet and haven't had snow days and we actually did today. The last time we had one was in 1967.
