Yo whats up, im making my first ski film anyone got any tips they wish they knew for there first film, let me know!

film every second you're on the hill, try to get as much diversity in location as possible, try have something very unique.

Editing is everything even more than the skiing, I've seen a few films/edits where the best trick was a flat 3 but the editing was done so well it turned out great.

the best filming advice I can give is have radios and try to get your camera man on the otherside of the valley as the rider with a high zoom lens as high up as possible. This will prevent the steepness of lines from being distorted and looking like you're shredding a 4% grade, and it also gives a nice wide shot and is easy to keep the rider in the frame.

bring more batteries and sd cards than you think you will need, and most importantly-have fun making it, the best movies are the ones filled with smiling athletes imo.
