Ok so this is my first legit edit, let me know what you think of it! i know there are probably some things i could change, but let me know if you guys (and girls) like it!
Enjoy

wasnt to bad man kept me entertained try to get a few shots of just fuckin around to those are always fun, and maybe a tripod and try to hold the camera steady when you follow cam. but it was a good edit man keep it up.

haha yeah i didnt think of that, but i got a tripod and a handle for follow cams for the upcoming season too. thanks for the advice! +k

heres some tips and comments about it man:

i personally didn't think it was all that bad. that rail game was amazing at heavenly keep that up.

some shots of people going into jumps should definatley be cut down more. you dont need to show them for so long comming in to hit it. maybe work on your camera angles as well. other than that, pretty good.

dude edit is legit im glad to see pa showing we can ski.... didnt realize springs had such a legit park looks kinda like boulder. good work+++++

to make videos appear you have to copy the video embed code from the youtube or vimeo video, then to post it you click the "f" where all the options are, like bold, italicized, inderline, etc. and you copy the video embed code into that, and voila the video will appear. any more questions you can give me a pm.

dope edit dude, keep it up!

not a bad edit at all, on the jumps try to get a better angle though you couldnt really see the landings, also shorten it up a bit.

I laughed at the part with the cops a nd overall the edit was pretty sick!

that was sick, but you could cut it in half, just take out all the run ups and static shots of boxes/rails, because that got a little bit repetitive, and deffinatly slowed the flow. And if you want to use 2 songs, you can cut them short, but dont try to go the whole song by puting in extra clips. +K tho for sick skiing

good songs and sick rail game, yeah kinda unesteady filming, use tripod, and maybe spend more time editing, but that was a ill edit keep up the good work man!

you said that was your first? sik bro! 7/10= +++

here's some tips.

watch how much in run your getting (i know peeps have been droppin already but it is significant). go buy yourself a tripod this off season. not only will your shots be steadier but you can get shots that have a perspective from lower down which equals BA and you can slow down those scenic shots and not have them look crappy. What are you using to edit with? do you have aftereffects? if so using that to spice up your intros and suh would be sik. i loved the opening credits and stills, if you do them right stills look awesome and you are defs on the right track. try to get farther out on the knuckle for filming your jump line shots. (that's one of the reasons why they build the table so wide bro) this will help not only get a better perspective but you can also get some landing footage (some i kinda guessed didn't get landed). the easiest way to figure this out is ALWAYS be out in front of the jump the closer to the knuckle the better. when your doing follow shots try to be closer, you should be able to point the camera sideways and slightly forward when he hits the lip. don't do a follow over a jump unless you are really steady and even then hold it in your crotch area for the best stability. also good music selection.

all in all a fairly stellar edit for your first and you have some major potential.

peace bro

thanks for the advice!! i will take all of those suggestions and try to utilize them to the best of my ability. I use Imovie to edit and i just got a canon hv30 a tripod, and a opteca x grip for follow cams. i cant wait to get out there and shred and see what we can get from it

first song has been played waaaaaaaaaay too many times.

the skiing was good, I enjoyed watching that.
