First inverted trick

This year I want to get into the upsidedown stuff. I can do 360s off of decent sized jumps and the occasional 540. What was your first upsidedown trick and what trick after that?

backflip is the next progression, gotta get comfortable upside before trying any other invert. Find a jump with a shit ton of kick and go for it

Backies or a front flip over a knuckle. Front flips are harder but less scary and easier to commit to. Backies are much easier but scary as balls the first time. Backies are probably your better choice cause you can build off of them more.

On the trampoline I can do frontflips backflip and and a frontflip thag lands backwards(misty 540?). At first I was gonna try a backflip but the more I think about it, the more I lean towards frontflips. Thanks for the replies.

Thats your problem. Dont think about tit

My first was a frontflip. Only flip I could do on a diving board. Then I tried Lincoln loops, but just went into an underflip everytime. 2 seasons later I finally tried some backies. They were way easier than fronties, but they're scary and I don't like the way they feel so I rarely do them. Really the only flips I like are rodeo 5s and flat 3s (But I do them weirdly so they're pretty much just Lincoln loops). It's all preference.

My first was a flat 3 in the qp at windless however this year planning on throwing a frontflip and hopefully backflip.
