First impression of FIRST DROP

i bought the red and white reversable hoodie from first drop and im just wanted to say the things that bothered me with the hoodie.

1. when i opened the package there were loose strings on the sweater

2. the thumb holes were diffrent sizes

3. on the left pocket there is a hole on the bottom of the zipper

4. on the main zipper at the bottom the stiching to the hoodie was coming off.

well that was all. but other than that i liked the sweater.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: 6/10
 
There are many things wrong with this thread.

1) There is a very long thread on First Drop

2) Sweaters ≠ Hoodies

3) Cut the strings, my hoodie had strings coming off it last year

4) The HOODIES are not that expensive, and they are still decent quality for the price.

my outerwear had a weird smell, like fish but not really. when i opened the package.. i just got a nice whiff. i gagged. lol
 
Not impressed with my first drop hoodie.

Biggest piece of crap, waste of money I have ever bought. Litereally wore it once, washed it and now its so faded and shrunk I never wear it, aside from just sitting around the house if all my other hoodies are dirty, even then I dont wear it really, since the sleeves are so short.
 
its possibly the most unbearable smell ive had from a jacket, and my friend fell in dog shit
 
You guys know cutting the threads won't do anything but make it worse right? You've gotta burn the extra thread. Don't ask me why it works, but when you play hockey 3+ times a week you learn a thing or two about that stuff. (Hockey stuff has a crazy amount of threads in it and it pulls loose from hits/blocked shits)

But really. On AM they have jiberish listed as jackets. And since you seem to be quite the fabric aficionado, what is the fabric thats on the cuffs of sweatshirts and all that? Is it kinda the same as the rest of the sweatshirt only with more poly?

that would be rib-knit fabric, AKA ribbing. i make hoodies, and thats what i use. thats what everybody uses. it stretches side to side but not up and down.
 
Oh so that's what ribbing is. It's used on the sides of a lot of hockey jerseys. I've always seen that on the tag and wondered what it was. haha
