when I was like 10 I got in the gondola with a bunch of guys who were smoking and singings songs along to a harmonica. my friend and I were like wtf at that age. I posted something about it on epicski not long afterwards that eventually got made fun of on the tgr forums. hahhahaha, I guess they didn't realize I was really young at the time.
 
Killington's Ganjola was rated top 8 in High Times for most popular place to smoke or smothing like that. Also last year, first gondola of the season me and my friend get in with a bunch of old guys. Before we get in this one guy, must have been in his late 70's or early 80's, was like " were gonna being toking pot in here boys just to let you know."
 
hahahaha at the old dudes. I was at killy when my story happened. I guess it's because it's such a long gondola and if you go to the base it's not hard to get one to yourself. plus they're heated and they have radio... or at least they used to claim to have that. they were 'heated' for awhile but the radio never really worked.
 
killingtons gondolas are "heated". but i dotn believe it. I think its the fact that 8 people, all breathe and sit in there for 10 mins straight, so it warms up.

 
^word, same for Gore, theres heating ducts under the seats but im pretty sure theres nothing coming out of them
 
yeah, it's probably not worth the money to pay for heating for a few minute ride. especially when windows are open and it's just a waste, plus it's always opening and closing when people get on and off. I'm putting way too much thought into this.
 
silver mtn in idaho has the longest gondola in the world or some shit and we hotboxed that fucker then took a nap
 
Dude, you have a tram. Those totally dominate gondolas on every level. We hotboxed the lone peak tram last year and it was amazing until we had to ski down and the snow was shit. But then again, the snow at big sky is usually shitty, so it didn't really blindside us at all.
 
sigh, not let....but on thursday... 10min ride...one blunt. two people...epic

but last year i had 45 hot boxes under my belt
 
my mountain doesnt have a gondola, but we will probably hotbox my friends van at lunch next weekend. does that count? for PA i think thats as close as we can get
 
HAHA! I will never forget the day when my surf buddy said that at Keystone. My boyfriend and I were telling him what hotboxing was.
 
if were talking alternate definition here then i won a while ago but if were talking real hot box; none of the places i ski at have gondolas
 
i also hotboxed the gondola at gore 3 times during december 1st. i would have hotboxed a gondola earlier but i ride at jiminypeak and they dont have gondolas
 
i heard there's like 8 of them scattered around breckenridge.\

Theres also a map to tell you where they are.Does anyone know how to get a hold of it if its true?
