Almost hit my head? The jump was abit on the small side, I can agree with that, but I believe I had enough clearance when leaving the lip. Review the footage and pause it as I leave the lip, my head wasn't really anywhere near the lip. I had to do it fast, but I managed to spot and open up/straighten my legs for the landing. I also spotted halfway trough the flip. I believe I had control, atleast what I could feel myself. I agree that you should tuck, but I didn't really feel the need. It's hard to explain, but somehow I just felt it. Anyways, I agree you should tuck to get the rotation safely around. What I think helped me was that I did several straight backflips before the attempt. It really makes you ready for landing, gets the instincts going somehow.
