First Drop

I want to start this thread by saying i realize it might need to be in gear talk but i want to post it here so more people see it.

I have recently purchased a hoodie from first drop and these people know what they are doing. i have never experienced better customer service. The first act that impressed me was there response to a delay in the shipping of the hoodies, the shipping of the hoodies was pushed back a couple weeks and to compensate they gave me stickers and a really nice bandanna. The second and more personal act was when i emailed them about exchanging my hoodie for a bigger size. They responded quickly and said that they would cover the shipping for me to send the package out and for them to resend it.I just thought ns would want to hear about a budding new company really knows how to correctly do business.

good to hear, it's nice to see someone making a thread appreciating what a company did right instead of the usual thread about how a company screwed up. First Drops a sick company, it was created by skiers, for skiers. Just the way it should be.

my friends pants ripped on the seem with in a few weeks of riding, then when he emailed them they said to sew it, haha

my friend just recieved a purple and yellow XL hoody. it is so fucking small. i cant believe they would advertise that sweatshirt as XL

i got the XXL and found it small. I mean, it fits, but I wanted something that measured 37" in length, not 34" as the XXL ACTUALLY measures.
I hate the design, but the quality is actually pretty good for the price.
I'm just curious if their samples actually measured what they're reporting the hoodies should measure or if this was some form of false advertising
Looks like the only thing they got right was the outerwear.

i think the hoodies seem smaller is because the zipper goes a lot higher on the neck than a normal hoodie, its more of a jacket style.

The larger sizes turned out smaller then they were suppose to be. Because of this we are covering shipping both ways on all exchanges and returns.
Don't like the hoodie? Want to switch? Just email Bill Shrum and ask for a free return waybill. We'll get you guys all taken care of!

this is wht FD is a joke, and the fact that they knew there shit was smaller then advertised and still sent them ouot w/out letting people know? lameeee

yeah, sorry, "hate" is such a strong word. Maybe I should have said "slightly displeased" with the design (by design, I mean length and fitting of the hood).
You guys are definitely going above and beyond anything I've ever seen a company do and I'm really impressed by your customer service and business ethic.
Maybe your next batch of textiles will be orchestrated better.

I don't know if this is normal for everyone, but mine shedded a lot. What I mean by that is I was wearing a black shirt under it, and by the end of the day the whole back of my shirt was red and fuzzied?

yeah i just got my hoodie and also thought it was small. but i am very happy that they are willing to cover shipping in exchange for a larger size!

just got my red xxl hoodie and im so stoked!!! its siiiick. and the free sticker and bandana. but, it is definitely small. but it's fine because i would have returned a normal xxl for and xl lol
