First Drop vs Saga

so i recently ordered a saga on deck, and my friend keeps chirping me about not getting a first drop. honestly, besides the customization of frist drop, is there really that big of a difference??

The only difference is the Saga won't fall apart after a couple runs....I'm glad I stayed away from First Drop.

The quality of Saga, surpasses that of First Drop by ALOT.. I used to think there was no difference and ordered some FD, i immidiately noticed that FD looks like it was designed by some elementary student who was bored in class... so many pockets you lose stuff EASILY...

Saga > FD in everything,.

I thought the blue/yellow FD jacket last year was really sick and the only reason I would've bought First Drop. This year its not worth the risk of poor quality.

this is true, i actually see FD ads all over NS and sometimes on facebook, but i rarely see saga ads

That is one the dumbest reasons not to buy first drop I have ever heard.

Im not sure I fully understand. You lose stuff in your jacket?

I was overwhelmed with how large the first drop pants were.zippers on both my jacket and my hoodie come apart incredibly easy

the bottom button on my jacket broke the first time i tried the jacket on and although i honestly loved the fit of my FD jacket I am definitely going to give it a few years before i try FD again...

SAGA has taken the crown for me. The fit is the best i've ever felt and seen and the quality is incredible.

as a person who has owned both saga and fd (call me a trendwhore if you want) i have to say that saga's quality is just leaps and bounds higher than fd

saga has been established in the ski community for a while and has been modifying its product for the past couple of years while fd has screwed up 2 years in a row and started from ground zero twice (they switched manufacturers twice) and are only on thier 3rd year of production

although you hear alot about the pros an cons of both companies if i were you i would stay with your saga, the fit is also much better than my "tall" fd jacket just is longish and extremely wide

this is the stupidest reason i have ever heard for disliking FD, dont use all the pockets if you cant remember where you put shit? plus its a jacket, things can only get so lost

i'm pretty sure it's the consensus that fd quality blows in general and saga is awesome if you couldn't already tell
