First Drop Suck

Enough said, I have purchased so many hoodies and have all broke in some way. Plus when I ordered two new hoodies they sent me four last year models, I would of been happy if they didn't all break. F.F.D (fuck first drop)
 
Youre an idiot for continuing to purchase them, actually youre an idiot for purchasing FD in the first place.
 
You had a problem with a hoodie so we sent you 2 free hoodies and you're bad-mouthing us? We have a year warranty on all our products, and happily replace anything that would break.... not sure what else we can do to please you...

We are constantly doing everything we can to improve everything we make and always listen to customer feedback. This year we're putting huge #8 SBS tooth zippers on all our hoodies to beef them up as much as possible.
 
haha this! ^ they replaced my ripped FD pants with brand new ones. i got mine in 2011 and they sent me 2012's. pretty sure thats good customer service. i love my First drop and they did whatever they could for you dude. its a learning experience for newer companies. they are most likely not gonna be perfect 1st year dude.
 
They have not had the best customer service to me. My zippers on a pocket broke just by unzipping them before I had even skied in them and they told me it looked like regular wear and tear and wouldn't do anything about it. Not tryin to hate too much, just givin feedback
 
yah exactly they screwed up a shipping order in my favor and let me keep the sweatshirt they sent and sent me a t-shirt :D
 
you are just one of those ignorant people who go and talk shit about a company and expect perfection, ur an idiot. thats why each company is different, they are building off of people like us to give feedback to HELP their company. they are a company that grew super fast and some people will like them some will not, thats their opinion. they dont expect everyone to to like them. if you do then good, support the company and help them even better, thats feedback. yeah people make mistakes, and im sure ur not friggin perfect. live and learn kid,
 
im sorry OP, you are an idiot. first off, if the hoodies always broke why would you buy them again. second THEY SENT YOU 2 FREE HOODIES in place of your "broken" ones. what more could you ask for. i have never had a problem with FD ever. your just a newb who thinks its cool to bad mouth FD. its not. there stuff is good quality. and i forgot, gear talk
 
fd=gangsters with a business sense. op is the customer you can never make happy. i bought a bunch of clothes from flowmotion. all sizes were all over the place. one email got me loads of quality shirts sent to me for free. OP stop complaining and be stoked to support a small biz and be stoked that they have a 1 year warranty on hoodies.....go see if oakley, salomon, nike, ect will warranty a hoodie for a year. THEY DONT. i love supporting these guys. they do it cuz they love it. be reasonable and you will almost always get the same in return. FD keep it up!!!!

I don't know why everybody hates first drop. My jacket seems to be of high quality, and because I wanted to buy xl, but they were out of stock, they sent me a bandana and a sticker pack. And the jacket actually fits perfectly. Quality company
 
FD is good in my books. They went above and beyond when my order was misplaced. they must have sent me at least 100 bucks worth of free stuff....

Another story about FD:

My brother pre-order some new pants from them, along with the reversible hoodie. They sent the pants way ahead of schedule, and threw in a bunch of free stuff, stickers, bandanas, etc. Couldn't be happier with the product. I also love how they're active on NSG, which very few "big" companies are (Line excepted)
 
As much as I don't like the style of their outerwear, they seem like a good company with good buisness sense. They chill.
 
jeez just get it warrantied, my first fd hoodie bled onto itself and they replaced it lickidy-split. and the new one has been skied in for pre/late season for three years now and no problems. i dont know what you are doing to yours to break 4.
 
Fd's customer service is unmatched, as far as I'm concerned. I don't understand people like you, OP. They send you 2 free high quality hoodies and you bitch about it? There is obviously something seriously wrong with your head. Stop the hate
