So First Drop kinda messed up when they didn't take their black 10/11 pants off the website before I ordered them(no big deal). They called me, straightened it out (I now have blue pants) and offered to give me a free t shirt. So when my package came in today, I was surprised to find that they gave me a free hoodie, tall tee, jersey, and 5 beanies. First Drop is legit. I don't care what you little kids say. Awesome customer service. Thanks First Drop! Has First Drop made an oopsy on anyone else's order and just loaded them with free stuff?
 
This is tight. I like the look of some other brands better, but First drop is still pretty dope and they seem to be cool people to work with.
 
so you ordered pants they didnt have and refund you bc they fucked up, so they gave you some free product to make up?

last year i ordered ldc redux pants, and the same thing happened. but they gave me a whole new tonic suit. any color.

i ordered an xl jacket and they sent me a medium. i sent it back to them and they not only sent me my xl jacket but they sent me a sweatshirt, 2 shirts, and like 6 beanies.
 
so you made a post restating what he said to try and seem like FD still sucks and made yourself sound jealous because you didnt get free shit?

Getting free stuff is great, but as a business proposition, i'd say FD would be better off spending the money on R&D to improve their product. That and giving away free product all the time isn't a sustainable business practice, but cool for OP i guess
 
Is the quality going to be any better this year like it says on the website or do they say that every year?
 
Still psyched on my box of free stuff. For some reason this post is absolutely raping the little karma I have earned over the last week. I don't know why people hate. I am just trying to send some positive vibes FD's way because so many negative vibes are given towards them through this site. I had 483 last night when i posted it and now I have like 220 and I went from 10/10 to 6/10. Whatever. Haters gonna hate, but I'm just gonna smile and shred hard. By the way, since FD sent me 5 beanies I'm going to try to start a new trend this winter. LAYERED BEANIES!!!! What do you guys think of LAYERED BEANIES?
 
Don't worry about karma man it doesn't mean to much. It's good customer service of first drop to do this for you, but personally I won't buy from them until they iron out their issues with quality of the product.

I'm happy you got a bunch of free stuff and hopefully summer goes by quickly for you so you can try out your new trend.
