ok, today was my first day skiing this season...3 runs. lots of rain. and 17 inches total snow. it sucks so bad. how was everyone elses' first day that has skied?

skied blackcomb yesterday. today i sent my skis in for $70 repairs.

well, today was my first official day skiing, at a local ski area, and holy shit is was wierd... 2ft base, got warmer and warmer, started to drizzle and stuff, but the jump we made was pretty cool

ya i skied at crystal today, it sucked and it was raining but we hiked into southback through waist deep concrete then made a pretty nice jump. overall its nice to be skiing but washington just blows right now.

 
My friest day was on November 9th, I went to EV with a bunch of people and there was just basically a bunny open. They had a funbox set up and another rail. We had lots of fun that day.

fuck it was my first day too, it was dope like chest deep fluff, sunny, cold, huge booter, never seen better...sorry about your luck Andy, should have skied with me

LoKash was obviously in some state of enhanced reality. I sat in the lodge, played cribbage, and had a few beers while Andy and LoKash got soaked. Had my first day over Thanksgiving break. Skied a day at Sun Valley while we were down visting some relatives. All man-made and not much of it. I'd like to go back there when there's mad powder though.
