so i wana do my first flip or "forward cork" i guess.. in park this weekend. any tips, advice, what kind of jump.. anything really.

try a cork they are easy and more natural IMO. I first learned them by accident by just setting a 9 really hard. You just go with the jump. Bio's you have to actively lean forward and i feel like it is much more difficult.

If you wanna do a "actual flip" I think what you want to try is a misty, cause a bio is pretty much a forward cork. but I can't help you on how to do mistys, but it seems pretty straight forward, like a frontflip with a spin.

You should be able to misty

You set it as misty but instead of going over the shoulder it is more like showing your back to the landing.

i don't know if you understand but you set it as a misty and try tio get even more out-of-axe
