well it still has like 300 miles to mammoth/june but i think it is within a couple miles of bear/summit and mt high mayb

the fire is going to be very difficult to stop. It's a crowned fire which means it burns through the tops of the trees in the forrest makeing it almost impossible to stop. the only way is to cut huge clear cut lines and drop lots of retardent and hope it doesn't jump.

ok fire update here. big bear lake has a manditory evacuation. that means im not supposed to be here(im not leaving anyways). but all of the roads are bummper to bummper.the fire is about 10 miles max to big bear. by tomorrow morning if the fire isnt contained it will be in big bear. its hard to breath her cause of the thick smoke.

2 weeks ago I went to Outdoor school Camp with my grade.My teacher was in a Field talking to his Girlfriend at 11:30 pm, my friend and I were suspicious so we flashed a flaslight in the eyes of my teacher and they were closed. if mammoth burns that means 1/4 of california burns.... mammoth is really not anywhere near southern california and the fires... it's just considered a southern california resort because it's easier to drive to mammoth from LA than, say, from San Francisco. If you look on a map, Mammoth is actually north of the line that divides southern and northern California.

My parents live in San Bernidino and are a mile away from the latest evacuations, they have both cars packed and are ready to roll on a moments notice. I hope everyone out there keeps safe, good luck.

shit yo, four more fires in colorado, one about 10 miles NE of boulder, and another one currently about to destroy the sanctuary golf course in douglas county, and it is like 100 yards from a hugemongous neighborhood w/ a lot of houses and then there are two other fires burning around ft. collins, the ELF people have definately done this

I was driving by Six Flags Magic Mountain a few days ago, and the place was completely shut down. The fire was literally about a mile and a half away from it.

Wonder if Six Flags is still there?

'FLAMES LICKING SKI AREAS

The wildfires that are ravaging much of Southern California skipped one major ski resort but, as of press time, are licking several others. Mountain High in Wrightwood has been spared, but the situation is far more tense above San Bernardino. Flames forced their way around Lake Arrowhead and are making a mad dash to Big Bear Lake, where Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski resorts are located. The arson-caused fire remains seemingly unstoppable and residents of all the mountain towns near the two lakes have been evacuated.'

i fled to my bro's house by orange county. about 2 hours from big bear. it was manditory evacuation. the air quality is very poor here. makes me want to gag, anyways, i gots photos to show after all this crazy shits done.
