Finding the right skis

I live in MA, and ski mostly in the east. I'm looking for a pair of twin-tips that can hold up to the New England crud, but can also handle powder nicely because i go out west one or twice every year. I'm 5'7"
weigh 130 and need some suggestions. And the cheaper the better
 
i rode some 05/06 foils once in Switz and they felt pretty nice. and i was also looking toward some 05/06 guns. anyone else?

^He (ECM) actually just sold me a pair and i love them. Great for anything you want to do.
 
how much do the msp's cost used. cause i'm not looking to pay much, probably 200, 250 max
