Alright so I need a new ski pack, and ive looked around a bit, but I figured id be a lazy sack of shit and ask you guys. Hopefully some of you will be in the know, and if you dont know shit feel free to post the first random crap backpack you find with the google machines. Anyways it shouldnt be too big, not small but say maybe 20-25L? The key is that it needs some real secure straps on either side of the pack to carry my fatties. Anyways, thanks in advance, find something good and win an internet.

I have the dakine vertex, I've had it for years. Dunno if they still make it though. I use it pretty much every day to carry my books around campus, then when I go skiingits ther perfect size. Got the waistbelt camer thingy too. I think its a little bit bigger than the heli pro. highly recommended

i have the heli pro, its great but the ski straps are a little hard to fit over my EPs, I would get the black dimond one, if you do any kind of BC the avalung will be great

Dakine packs suck, they can't fit fat skis, they fall apart, good packs for carrying your school books or a lunch but look somewhere else for a ski pack.

like Black Diamond.

Covert: 22L or 32L options w/ or w/out avalung.

Outlaw: 32L w/ or w/out avalung.

other good packs are:

North Face off chute 22

North Face Chugach 14 (if smaller)

BCA Stash packs

Thanks billy

Yeah I looked at some of the dakine packs at REI, and they really did not seem like they were going to be able to hold my skis very well. There was only one strap on either side on the heli pro. Anyways ill look into those, thanks for your input guys~
