so someone finally decided to integrate a $30 cord into their head unit. GO ALPINE. so now you dont have to buy some $200 unit to listen to your IPOD on your car stereo.

I saw an ad in a magazine and was jumping for joy.

http://www.alpinefullspeed.com/

go check it out. the cord is even FREE if you buy that head unit on the site. im still trying to figure out what head units this cord is capatible with, so if anyone finds out models if works for let me know. im hoping its just not those 2 new models on the site.

i have an alpine stereo in my car and theres this cord you plug into the back of it and it just plugs into the ipod headphone jack and it was at least a hundred dollars cheaper than that one

i also find it would be a lot easier to just find a song on my ipod than go through the complication that it looks like that stereo has

that cord is $30, how could your be 100 less? they gave you 70 to buy the cord? where did you get this cord?

i have an alpine cda-9833, hopefully this is compatable? i have a cord going into the headphone jack but this would be much more practical

i want one buy apparently it doesnt fit my car. is there a way to make it fit? anyone know mucha bout car customization?

what you mean it doesnt fit your car, it plugs into the aftermarket Alpine head unit. its not made to plug into a factory unit.

no, not the cord, the head unit itself. i just got a used 96 pathfinder, with factory system, and was going to buy the whole alpine unit, but on the bestbuy website, it said the unit would not fit. :(

dumb bimbo blond... NO YOU CANT. only thing you can buy from apple are well NOthING. anything you can get is aftermarket and its usually an RF unit for $100 or more, sounds like shit and doesnt work good. or some aftermarket have a cord that goes through sme big box then into the back of the head unit. which also cost $100.

this cord is $30, only a cord and plugs into ur Alpine to ur ipod. why is this so hard to integrate into all head units?

yea but apperently ur not into how your music sounds. thoses itrips are shit this thing with the alpines maintains sound quality so u can blast that shit! holla

my auxilary input cord cost $3, perfect sound quality.

you mean i cant change songs from my dash, but instead must reach 5 inches to my ipod?

damn, how inconvienient.

its nice to see they finally made something like this. i just got the aux input cable for my alpine head unit and then bought a $2 y-cable to plug into my ipod headphone jack. works peachy.

you can hardwire yor ipod with an aux cord. there like 15 bucks at best buy and the music will sound alot better than going thru a shitty i trip
