I just replaced the video with a deinterlaced version of the flash file, so it looks cleaner for motion. The file was down for a few minutes, you should be good to go right now.

If you are having problems seeing the flash video, check your version of Adobe Flash. I've tested it with Firefox, Camino, Safari, IE 6 and IE 7. They all work, Mac and PC.
