Final Cut Pro Question

of course you're going to drop frames when you speed it up 10,000 percent. They have to remove frames for it to go that fast I imagine.

im pretty sure you go to prefrences or something and check a box that says you dont care if it drops the frames and it will let you do it, fcp is on my other comp so i cant go on and figure it out, but its something like that, just look through your prefrences

dropped frames happens all the time, i think it's during playback it can't physically playback every single frame so it lets you know, but usually your final exported version will be fine.

How long did it take you guys learn how to use final cut well? A friend of mine has it but hasnt even bothered doing anything with it yet because he says its really complicated

when it gets to the part i sped up the music stops and the clip locks then starts and studders and keeps going im sure its because my comp cant keep up but there must be a way when just doing playbacks it can reduce the quality then when i run it to tape its full quality?

yea its gonna happen, your probly not going to be able to watch a clip thats sled up to 10000% for very long, when you export it it will be fine
