Final Cut Pro or Glidecam?

I have some spending money, and want to know what to buy between FCP X and A Glidecam HD-1000. Right now I just have iMovie for editing. I was lucky enough to score a nice tripod for cheap, so I already have that for filming. If I should get the glide cam, would the HD-1000 be enough for a canon 60D with standard zoom lens, and expandable for a Rode mic for further down the road? Also if anyone has some free download links for FCP that would be great so this doesn't have to be an issue. Thanks.

I didn't. Definitely buy a glidecam. I'd rather have a glidecam and imovie than fcp and handheld, but just torrent it.

1- dont edit with fcpx

2- dont buy editing programs

3-buy a wieldy stabilizer, its esentially an hd2000 for $300

Get an HD2000

Download the trial of the Adobe Production Suite from Adobe's website and look up how to crack it.

I got Final Cut Pro X only 10.0 but it was free so thats good. It looks like ill buy a glidecam thanks!

A wieldy looks nice, from video i saw comparing it to the glidecam HD 4000, but the problem is I cant find where to buy it.

lol nope cause I don't live in Hong Kong! but I mean it's just so good and cheap, I don't like seeing people not getting the best buy.
