Filming Skiing

This thread is pointless -__-

I don't have a real camera and my phone camera just cracked. I loved filming and editing, but then it made me think what if I just skied and had fun instead of trying to film everything. I mean sure people don't film everyday, but does anyone try anything new now a days while not getting filmed? What about hitting urban or a backyard setup and not pulling a camera out at all. That honestly would be a big challenge because I enjoy watching the outcome of my day.

Claim: I'm not going to film a single thing this year hoping I can enjoy skiing more than I already do.

thank you for reading the thoughts of my brain

When I first got a gopro I filmed everything. Then after a season or two I was like, "I don't even watch what I film anymore." So now I don't film.

I do have a full dslr setup that I intend on using to film others this winter. Not everytime I ski tho.

I did a lot of filming when I was in my mid teens then I realized that nobody really wanted to see it. if a buddy has a camera I'm down to film a few lines but I don't like waiting around.

only bust out the camera for big street features or spring at your hill. In the spring you're probably at your peak and most of the tricks you learned that season should be perfected by then.

I find it worth filming only when shit is about to be sent large. Film is also a good tool to get better.
