My local surf shop has been putting on this music and arts festival for 4 years now...started as a friends and family run event for the community and has morphed into a pretty badass festival with the same core vibes of fun, sun, and sick fucking music. Also, I worked Movement Detroit this past weekend and would highly recommend checking it out next year to anyone who is into dance music. Didn't get the full experience since I was working, but there was so much good music at both the festival and after parties.
