I stand corrected. That's for the option I bought. Doesn't specify for what you bought. You might be good. I don't want to leave anyway or take a shuttle. If I need something in town, I'll hit you up haha
 
yeah the on-site parking your car is really close.. Ben, like what Chrissy had at mtn jam. The cheaper parking you have to take a shuttle to the lot, which would be inconvenient if you have too much shit. Going to town from the shuttle parking would be a whole event...

They don't want people driving but you can walk to your car and back. IT's a liability to have people driving in and out at festivals. I'm not sure how it's structured but it's a lot easier for them if you drive a car in once then only leave when you're actually leaving.

All it really said was don't sleep in the lot or party on your roof naked. If you're just going to charge your phone and resupply you should be fine.

Speaking of charging your phone. Festival tip: get a car or marine battery and a AC/DC converter and boom, you have an outlet to charge phones and play music all weekend. 30 bucks from advanced auto or auto zone for the converter.

Word word. Def good for some places like mt jam. Not a long walk to your car but not worth leaving because getting back in is a stupid hassle.

Summercamp there are random outlets in the woods so you can rock a wall charger.

Usually I just do the car thing for a little bit chill out take a nap drink a beer or 5 and then go back in to the fest.

there's some mini fest going down in toga today and tomorrow. SAme spot as a post phish one. Probably going to me mellow but it's a cool spot.

I think theres some womp step but I might see if there are any freindlies.

Any NSers ever been to Glastonbury? Didn't bother trying to get tickets when they went on sale, then tried to send in some emails trying to get some comped tickets to go as an entertainer (juggling, no luck).

I just think it would be mental. Metalica on last night looked amazing and that many people in one place would just be a really cool experience. And there is so much music (an such a wide variety) that everyone can enjoy it.

The Skrillex Superjam was sick. So many people throughing down and having a great time. I was near the front and didn't realize how many people were at the show until it was over and I tried to leave.
 
Not festivals but 3 concerts i just brought tickets too. The paper kites, Boy & Bear and Angus and Julia Stone. Should be 3 sick concerts

And moe. July 18th in PA and the 19th on Long Island!!

Going to Lolla with a few friends to meet up with my buddy working in Chicago this summer. Should be a good time, I've never been to a festival so I'm not entirely sure what to expect but I'm stoked!

Calling all bassheads and trap/edm fans!!

All of my friends ditched out last minute on the hudson project so sadly i can't go. (i have no ride out otherwise i would still go) :((((((( :'(.

Does anybody know of a festival similar in late july or mid august that has a similar line up to this!?!

I plan on getting to the area by 7 so I can get a really decent camp site when it opens. But does anyone have any idea what security is going to be like? I know it's a hard question as this is the first year but just wondering if anyone has heard anything about it.

I havent heard anything but I don't think it will be as bad and annoying as Mysteyland was for the first batch of cars which involved dogs and just annoyingness. Obviously though, drive slow and expect troopers on the the back roads into the festival. They're not afraid to have DUI checks. With that being said, I'm headed up solo Thursday for when it opens cause Louie won't be there till Friday and hope to get set up with the little bit of day light left and let the raging begin!!

Fuck if I was on my way to a festival and there was a dui pullover ahead I would be so fucking annoyed. That just seems crazy to me.

got a paper and midterm this week, but it is all good because i have Pemberton at the end of the week to look forward to!
