Is this just a sell or is it the full insualted jacket cuz on quiksilvers site they offer both and im not sure how to tell! Thanks for anyhelp

If I had to guess, I'd say it's insulated, becuase they'd have to mention that it was a shell if it wasn't. Message them and find out.
