It got us the income tax. next time some chick starts into you about feminism and getting treated poorly tell her shes a fucking cunt for making you pay income taxes

I don't really see any discrimination against women, but maybe that's me.

What I do see on a daily basis is women bitching about irrelevant stuff, never logging off of facebook, and always wanting to buy more clothes/jewelry that she doesn't even need. /rant
 
i think that someone can want equality for women and not be a feminist, but i see where she's coming from. unfortunately, men seem to see all feminists as radical militant feminists, which is not true, so they're instantly against it.

so i don't have an issue with this woman for being a feminist, but i definitely have and issue with the fact that she seems to equate the plight of obviously at least middle class white women in the 1st world with sex-slaves in the third world.

Watched it, and I fully agree with what she has to say. When I think of feminism I dont think that every human being with a dick is Satan reincarnated and that its actually men who are the lesser sex. I dont. Men and women should be equal, and I have a hard time understanding how anyone except sexist, chauvinist pigs could not agree with me.

People have a tendency to be small minded and bitch about irrelevant things (I have no idea what this income tax difference between genders are, someone please enlighten me, because I am too tired to Google it myself), and sure we have come along way in the equality.

There are so many things in our society I think is wrong though.

Lower salaries for women, although they are just as qualified for the job in question is one example on a level more close to us. Trafficking and education prohibition another, more distant and not as present in our lives. But does that make it unimportant?

 
I think most of what she says is valid; Such as that women should have complete equal political rights and financial rights and equality in the workplace. But I am often irritated when people generalize and suggest that all men want to control the lives of women and stiff like that. They nearly equate their struggle with that of revolutions, which seems drastic and dramatic to me. I am totally onboard with what Feminism wishes to change in our world, but it offends me when some Feminists degrade my own gender.

 
I must be honest here, I dont know much about the Swedish law system, and I know even less about the american.

All I know is that here men and women are equal according to law.
 
outside the US, yes, lots of countries are very sexist/women have no rights.

but in the US i think some chicks get uptight just to be bitches, yes there's small things here and there that are obviously unfair, but in the rest of the world there are much bigger problems. selfish bitches. how dare they.
