Feeling really sick!

Ok, earlier today, me, and some friends were chillin at a perk, and my brother pushed me, and I fell about 3 feet, but there was a little post right behind me? And I hit my back on it insanely hard, and it started bruising immediately... Ever since than I've been feeling extremely sick. I know that if you get slapped hard enough in your back you get blood in your kidneys, and this is kinda similar, I just want to know, if I should go see the doc.

Phuck off... My family is going through some hard times, and I don't know if we can really afford a doctor visit... I've stayed really hydrated, thinking its a stomach ache. My pee has a slight orange ish tint to it, but I've had worse. So I'm doubting on my kidneys being full of blood. Could the jarring motion just given me a bad stomach ache?
