i mean, unless your skiing nothing but park on them (and i guess some people do) but mounting center would just fight the intended design of the ski. if it was ment to be skiing with a center mount dont you think they would have designed it that way.

i wasnt hating on anyone, i just dont get it, if someone wants to explain i would love to know the logic behind this... besides skiing park

It is just because alot of the people using these ski switch in powder, and it is easier centered than at recomended.

well there ya go, i guess now that i think about it, on a bow shaped rocked ski i guess it wouldnt really matter if you mount it center... funny how i give my one opinion and my karma plummits haha

+karma for those who enlightned me

not to mention, recommended is -2... not a very big difference from center... i got my eps mounted at rec. and i love it, switch riding is super easy... and as for forward riding, i dont think it would really make that much of a difference, i mean anyone whos ridin these skis knows that the most amazing thing about the ski is how balanced you can be while riding super deep pow, no need to lean back far at all, and those tips just keep fighting to stay on top for you... so i really dont think 2 cm is gonna change much at all..

someone buy these you wont get a better deal, and they are only mountted once. and you'll be sorrry when winter comes saround and you arent rocking 'bents haha

ah if these were 169 i would be all up on them. i went to my local ski shop today and they had brand new hellbents sitting out, 169, right at my forehead (im only 5'8) and i picked them up, played around with them a bit, then wanted to buy them. went up to the register and the dude was like sorry man those are sold, idk why they are still on the rack. i was like FUUUUCk. i ordered a pair today :)
