Hey NS,

Is anyone interested in buying an fs700 raw kit?

I have a great condition sony fs700 with the new firmware. One cosmetic damage on front of camera. With 3 fs700 batteries and metabones electronic canon adapter. Also i would throw in a rokinon 8mm 2.8 sony e mount fish eye.

I also have a perfect condition Odessy 7q with 2 512g ssds and 2 256 gig ssd. 3 batteries and 3 ssd cables.

I am not positive i want to sell just curious if any one was interested. Pm or comment if you have any questions.

I would prefer to sell local (utah) but not apposed to ship.

Thanks,

Jacob Callaghan

Trade for my fs100? Lol

For real tho why selling so soon? You finna buy a different setup or what

a few reasons for selling.

-Need something better in tough weather.

-7q has no battery meter so you have no idea if your batteries are charged and when it is going to be out of juice.

-Need something more compact and easy to setup so i can get shots fast and move in and out of the pack to change shots fast.

-And the main reason is pure frustration with the erganomics. I cant stand the for factor.

There is a few other reasons but basically i want something that tailors to my shooting more.

But this is a feeler. I do love the camera. The iq is beautiful and the raw is great. I love the high fps and the price does not break the bank. I am not sure if i want to sell i am on the fence. The only other options are verry pricy.

Real talk I'd keep the FS as its useful for a lot of work, then get a GH4 body on the side for when you need to run and gun.

Hmmm I love the form factor of the fs100/700 you can just do whatever you want with it.

And I don't understand the weather thing...

It sounds like a gh4 is what you need.

I guess what it comes down to is me just not really clicking with the camera while operating, everything feels akward to me and does not allow me to work as comfortable as i like.

I shot with my budies af100 and i was shocked at how nice the form factor was. It felt so nice in my hands it was balanced perfect and the bottons were in the perfect position. I felt i could shoot in any position comfortably with that camera. It was thoughtout and made sens.

When i shoot the fs700 nothing makes sence and i find myself getting verry frustrated.

On a side note. Is there a way to do expand focus on the fs700 without the side handel?

if you end up selling any of the ssd's let me know. I'm going with 2 256 drives right now, but wouldn't mind picking up another set.

Yea you can reset the functions buttons on the left side of the cam (Peaking, last scene, histogram, etc) in the internal menu under others --> Assign Button

No deal. How about 32 sinker doodels? And i will throw in a computer to edit it on for free. I will only take the deal if they are holemade. Holemade!!!

Is the FS700 still for sale? How much are you looking to get from it? Can you email/text/call me with any more info? toddwells92@gmail.com 509-sixthreeseven-3282
