^ this is why this is a feeler post, and as I told someone else, I am VERY hard up for cash right now, and may have to sell them anyway. I don't flip things, I just may not be able to afford keeping them. And if someone wants to pay me more than the 60 I paid for them, that is his/her prerogative, not yours.

i don't really see the big deal in flipping.. If someone buys something to flip it it means a few things1) other people were too slow, weren't aware, or didn't have the resources to buy the item2) the flipper saw an opportunity to make money (maybe they will, maybe they won't, risk of doing business)3) there's no such thing as free lunch. if climber joe is just gonna sell em back at the cost he attained the bindings at he'd be loosing resources, mainly time. there's always a cost its just who pays it.
who knows though maybe he's nice and will spend the time to hook someone up at the cost he got em at. but i doubt that will happen, there'd be no incentive except for being nice. and after you guys eat his ass out i doubt thats gonna happen. sorry to get all economics on you all. but quit your bitching.

The point is that NS is supposed to be a "community" - go to TGR, and you'll see guys GIVING AWAY boots, googles, jackets, etc. in instances where another guy got his shit stolen. They're a community.
I understand that they "have money", and that the average NS'er doesn't, but that doesn't justify shit.

He bought them for one of two reasons:
1) personal use
2) with the intention of flipping them
If he bought them for personal use, and realized he had other priorities, he could be a DECENT member and pass on the deal that he got on them. If you read the thread I posted up there, tons of kids were trying to get their hands on these.

First off people, I have not sold these yet, and probably wont, that's why this is a feeler thread. Second, I never intended to flip these, I ordered two pairs, one for me, and one for a friend. I only got one pair. I then got screwed over by my landlord, lost my job, and my ski job does not start until November. If I was trying to flip these, I would have either: put them on Ebay, taken the offer I got for 150 shipped immediately, or never have posted a PSA when I bought them.
So, please stop the hate. I NEVER INTENDED TO FLIP THEM!!!! I have tried to get a pair since last year. If I do ever sell them, you better bet your ass its gonna be on Ebay, But I bet whoever buys them off ebay will be someone from here, or TGR anyway.

Dear Climber joe,
I don't hate you. I'll admit I've flipped items on here before (to a mod no less and he didn't ban me, and he knew what was going on). Many other people do it as well. The difference between you and everyone else is people are calling you out for it. Sure, you got a great deal on some FKS, and you are selling them for a profit. The fact is, they are your bindings and you can ask however much you want for them. If people don't like the fact that you are making money, then don't buy them simple as that. People on NS spread so much hate it's ridiculous. It seems like people hate just to be haters. I understand that it's a tight knit community and that rule was put in place just so people don't take advantage of the system, and that flipping items is a violation of the trust we have in NS. But at the same time, if you are selling these to somebody at a price they believe is fair ($150 for a brand new pair of awesome bindings is a good deal IMO), then what does it matter? Sure you might make a few bucks, but after shipping, paypal fees and the hassle of buying them in the first place, I don't see it as a big deal.
That's just my 2 cents. I would feel otherwise if somebody was trying to run abusiness enterprise by flipping items on NS, but one pair of bndings.... No big deal. This is blown way out of proportion.
