Thinking about selling these, wondering what the interest is. Last years model, skied 9 times and mounted 88cm from tail (approximately -2 from suggested). Mounted with 916s (not included) for a 304mm sole. Any takers?

I love my jps, i have the 178 ones, they fucking rip everything to fucking shreads.

Straighter and softer. I don't notice a difference in flotation in fresh pow, but the tails want to hook up a tiny bit more. In crud I think the ANT is better. The JPs ski switch far better in my opinion though and are a little easier to deal with in the trees. The ANT has a slight edge on hardpack cause they have a tiny bit more sidecut.

I am trying to sell these skis, but to be honest, unless you are doing a lot of backcountry jumping and switch pow stuff you probably don't need both of these skis. However, if you are doing a lot of that stuff, the JPs kill it.

yeah that's what i was wondering. i love my ants for charging it and blasting through crud, but for bc booters and tighter tree skiing, they're a bit overkill. i figured the jj would be a great filler for the shortcomings of the ant.

Just to add a little about your JJs. I spoke w/ JP and Julien about this ski the other day. They both swear, even at my 5'7" 145 size and ability, the 188 JJ will ski everything (including park) exceptionally well. They attribute this quality to the lightweight core, keeping it surprisingly maneuverable. JP even noted his first time on this ski for the season was at a rail jam back east. I opted for the ARV, but my sights are set on a JJ next year. If these skis are truly in good shape, this is a smokin' deal.

Bump for pics! PM and I'll send you hi-res ones if you are interested.

mmm sexy BUMP! somebody buy these so he can get another pair of skis ok? I would, but I already have a pair (and they are sick).

Very nice skis, still wish I could make the move and buy them, but I don't think this year, so here's to a free bump.

Cheers,

-aaron

Finally got my 188s w/ Fritschi Freeride -5. They are amazing - no surprise, it's Armada. I have to reinforce Veteran's great deal here. They really do perform so well everywhere. Just turn em' brown-eye-first in the freshies and you'll see. As for skiing pow, they're the shit. They're soooooo light and maneuverable. Even in a 188, it's no thang. Bump.

Bumping this, sale fell through. I am now willing to part with the bindings as well, although only for a decent price. Anybody interested?
