Hey guys,

I'm thinking about selling my BRAND NEW, never used 09 Line Octolands. These skis are amazing in real life and I am not sure yet if I actually want to sell them or not. There brand new, although I did take them out of the plastic but that's it. Never mounted or skied on at all. I don't have any pictures as of right now since I don't own a camera, but I am willing to get some. Basicly I am looking for cash or trade for these, just dont really need another pair of skis like I thought I did. So if you guys want to make some offers, I am pretty sure I am going to end up getting rid of these. Drop me a PM. Thanks!
 
Yeah, if you want to get technical they are 06/07 with a new Pollard designed top sheet but I think most people already know all about them.
 
these definitely need to go as i need to buy a beacon and probe and hopefully get a new jacket this season, offer up guys!
 
I won them in a raffle and was planning on mounting them up and shreding them until i realized i need avy gear this season more then park skis. Sorry i dont have a picture cause i dont have a camera. They are brand new, just outside of the plastic. There is a guy that wants to trade one for one spiral so if someone wants one spiral and one octoland i could set that up

just curios, why do you want avy gear? there havent been any MAJOR slides at stevens since as long as i can remember, unless youve got rondenee gear to shred rainer. dope skis, what raffle did you win em in?
 
i am going to be doing alot of sled excursions out into the area around lake kachess, right by alpental. and i havent had any offers on one of each
 
I think my roomate may be interested in these skiis, hes in class right now so I'll let him know when he gets back but he can probably only offer you around 200 and shipping. I'll have him get back at you.
 
these are brand new skis, and only 400 pairs of them were made retail is around 450 i believe... a semi reasonable offer would be 400+ shipping...
 
correction... 400 of each print and 400 of each size... that makes it 2400 pairs are on sale retail. I went to a ski expo a few weeks ago and not a single shop there had the non- special edition version of this ski.

On another note, Im not denying that 250 is low, I was just seeing if it was doable, the guy says he needs money and he got the skis for free so its all profit for him anyway. To be honest I would pay 250 for the old 07/08 model anthems, 250 is all i can budget for a new ski right now.
 
wait wait... just checked my numbers... I boosted it in the heat of the moment. 150 of each size not 400. so 900 total which is more limited but still not that special... like i said it is harder to find the new regular anthems in a shop than it is to find the special edition. at least where i live. haha
 
yeah thats what i thought, cause some guy at the ski expo was trying to sell them to me and he said that they are made with a better base material but i didnt really believe that...
 
That's like saying the wolf anthems(07/08) and the newest 08/09s are technically 06/07 because its the same ski different graphics. The octoland and spirals are 08/09 skis.
 
for whoever was asking about the difference in structure from the regular to limited, im pretty sure that the limited doesnt have the carbon fiber stringers but thats the only difference
 
If you guys could do that by PM, id appreciate it, I don't really think it belongs in here. But sorry guys, the highest offer right now is 375 + shipping. And whoever said 150 if each size in each print is correct. It may be true that they are semi easy to find right now, but wait a couple months or so and they will be sold out and gone. Please contact me through PM's if you want to offer, its hard to dig through the posts to find out who offered what and so forth. Thanks for all the free bumps though!
 
id have to disagree with you on that one pal.

only 900 made is pretty limited, especially only 150 per size. just think of how many pairs of skis k2 makes per size per model, its defiantly more than 150 haha
 
they are not the same they dont have a carbon ollie band
and to the guy who wants them for 25 you can get the 08's for that much on multiple sites
