So there's a place near where i live that is building a foampit jump and i have a couple of concerns about it, here are some pictures, tell me what you think is wrong with it so i can see if i'm not the only one ....

there looks to be a bit of a drop after the ramp into the transition. Additionally, the transition seems quick for the size of the ramp. But if your worried about the support system those scaffolding systems are pretty damn strong. If your really concerned just go after its been open for a little bit let some crazy kids test it out and tell you how it is from someone with experience. My bet is itll be sick and take advantage of it!!!!

Idk it really depends on how slick the ramp is, and the tranny just looks quick but not too sharp. Like i said just don't go first i mean they wouldn't have put all that money and time into building it if it was going to suck you know?

personally i think the compression in the transition is going to be much too strong, a flat part of like 6 ft between the drop in and the kicker would make it much smoother imho ...

i've been on waterramps with similar design and they're pretty dangerous imho, a friend of mine knocked himself out while doing a backflip, he set it a bit too early and just folded double on the kicker and hit his head on the lip ....

secondly i think the foampit is too narrow, if you carve your spin or flip just a little bit to the wrong side you're gonna die ....

that's just how it looks to me from the pictures, i'd want to see it in real life though .....

i think people will fall in the transition or go off the jump way backseat. it looks like you would get a ton of compression. also, the pit looks really easy to overshoot/miss entirely

If this is the pointy/sharp plastic fake snow (if you know what i'm talking about) then there is no way anyone will be carving off of the ramp. Its impossible

idk if i would even hit that, looks like it would just send up way too backseat cuz of the transition and id be afraid of trying new stuff off it cuz of the narrow pit

That looks like a huge ass drop in seeing as your only going about 10 ft into te foam pit (or so it looks) also that's a small ass foam pit, don't miss
