Favre............ nuff said

Favre...he is a 2nd half genius....how about that game they went in to overtime and he ended it with 1 play! that was amazing!

yeah he wanted out of that game, half 1 and 2 were brutal, I was so happy to see that end in 1 play. My buddy at the beginging of OT goes, I hate NFL overtime with the first score win, it isnt fair, then favre throws that pass and the kid goes, I love NFL overtime

favre's backup wears 12. and if favre was on the patriots, his backup would wear number 12 too. here is a list of all the "best quarterbacks" this season that wear number 12

jim

i'm not saying all the quarterbacks who wear #12 are the best, i said all the best quarterbacks wear #12. getcha shit straight, kiddo.

he's a hick who is too inconsistent to be the best. he's been around for a while, and that's his claim to fame. a whole bunch of passes, a whole bunch of interceptions, and one superbowl championship. lets see how brady compares when he's 38.

last year, the year before last year, and the year before that, i definitely thought that he should have retired. last year i even wrote a short paper in english about how he should retire, but after his performance this year, i think that he could get away with another year or two.

If Brady can match Favres attendance record I'm pretty sure Brady will own Favres record. Just for the note, I don't "like" Tom Brady or the Patriots, I'm just not an ignorant jackass who understands Brady (if he sticks with it) will be the best QB.

I disagree, because if you think about it favre has had some dream teams in his day as well, think back to the days of dorsi levins, brooks, brown, chumura, freeman, white, butler, henderson, the list goes on, and then, he lost his dream team and at one point had a 4 and 8 season. The same thing will happen with brady. I think that if there is one quarterback that might be able to beat favre it is manning. Also, there is no way that brady will play to the same age as favre, I am calling it right now

The Patriots arent just a good team, they are DOMINATING the NFL (and have been for years, more so this year I think) Brady is spitting out yards and TD passes, I think hes gaining quick

quite simply Dan Marino because he has relatively the same numbers without the interceptions.  He went to Pitt too which makes him super legit

Favre is the best. Period. He is older than all his teammates. He can't relate to any of them because he is so old and he still works the ball to every reciever the packers got with that same ol zing to it. Favre is got it. And when i say he's got it, he FUCKING HAS IT. Favre is a legend and Brady may look solid now, not saying he won't break his record, but if Brady ever makes it close into the shadow of Favre. gimme a heads up. That'll probably end up being 2020.

"I WANT A GOD DAMN LITER-A-COLA!!!!"

he's unbelievable, i hope he goes a couple more years and continues to own. i also hope that when he does decide to retire, he goes out on a high note and not a useless old hag.

Tom Brady will be in a wheelchair when hes 38. Hes a puss, he goes into the fetal position every time somebody comes up to make a hit. Brady might have superbowl wins but many people forget that before this year he just a above average passer with just above average numbers. I dont even think hes close to guys like Favre, Marino, or Elway yet. I guess we'll see in the next 8 years...

Word. What people don't realize when they watch him is that he is 38 years old and can still take a hit. Last year he took a charging defensive lineman out for the season when he threw a stiff arm. Tom Brady is good because the pats have the best receiving corps in the NFL and have had it for the past 5 years. If Favre could be throwing to those guys it would be ridiculous. In conclusion, look at my sig.

i think it will be the packers vs the patriots, favre will win, and then retire like "the bus" did

as long as brady has been a starter, the pats have had a dominant offensive line that has protected him from getting hit hard at the start of his career, and still does so today. if he had played on a team with a shitty o line, like the texans, he would be out of the leauge quicker than david carr is going to be. favre has always taken punishment like he was paying a dominatrix for it, and to be able to start as many games in a row as he has in a division known for defenses with a bloodlust is his most amazing stat.

I wanted to bring this thread back for all the dipshits who think Favre is soooo great...... He Fucking blew it!!!! Great work, now retire.

fuck off......

brady threw 3 interceptions and they still win. its all his support that makes him look so good. welker, moss, maroney, the list goes on. favre had a far less shitty game passing the ball, much less support everywhere else, they lose. all of you saying that brady is the best qb need to pull your head out of youre asses and then we'll talk.

ya i agree plus the offensive cord. sucked so much balls calling those screen passes on 3rd down....brett did not lose that game

screw favre, his just trying to hang on to the little bit of a football career he stil has. GO BEARS!

yeah he is good but he only has the record because he has played for so long. there is no way he is the best.
