Favorite sunglasses

Ray ban wayfarers are the classics. For something similar but more underground, try proof or shwood eyewear, both are made from wood which is sick. For a cheaper option ec headwear (now eastern collective) has some nice ones that just dropped today and the uni threads ones are really nice
 
Kaenon burnett if u want the retro look with one of the best lenses on the market. They kick oakley and maui's asses
 
I've had some dragon gg sunglasses for the past four years, and I must say I'm very impressed with how they have held up. I've treated them really poorly, I lost the bag for them the first week I had them so they've been in pockets/bags with keys and other scratchy stuff, fallen on the ground, been sat on etc. besides a couple of lens scratches (which aren't noticable while wearing them) and slight wear and tear they are in very good shape. They work well for skiing as well!

Unsure if they are considered "steezy", but they work fine and are comfortable for my usage. So they have been my favorite pair of sunglasses I've owned so far.

imo oakley makes the best, their lenses are unbeatable. the holbrook is my favorite style for the 'newschoolers" image.

overal my favorite frame is the oil rig/oildrum they just fit my face the best.
 
I tried on a pair of Oakley Jupiters the other day and they fit my face well, so I ordered a pair.

I also ordered a pair of the shwoods...canby cherry. couldn't resist on those. thanks for the help!
 
seeing as how you take care of your glasses knockarounds again.

if you are willing to take care of glasses and spend $100 + get oakleys.
 
It was a mistake that won't happen again. I was maybe thinking proof, or oakley, I was planing on buying nicer shades soon anyways.
 
personally i digg my all black aviators for moments when i need to look a bit classy, and my flora fade frogskins for chill moments :)
 
Everyone on NS loves Oakley's lenses to death, but when you get up past the $100 mark and are looking for quality lenses, try a pair of Raybans, Revos, or Maui Jims. Go to a Sunglass Hut or somewhere that sells them and you'll be amazed by the difference.
 
I have a pair of costa del mar for fishing and native for mtb/casual that both are polarized and do a great job.

but seriously oakley makes the best lenses they are safety certified, our military uses them. i have radars that i use has shooting safety glasses after i was hit in the eye with a casing that misfired and my lens didn't crack. did ruin my flak jackets lens though, but i did get the radars for a safety glass.
 
^u must work for oakley, or not be informed, because, oakley lenses cannot compare in definition or optical correctness to those in their price range on the polarized side of things. $190 for glasses that aren't in the same league as kaenons, mauis or a bunch of other manufactures, NO THANKS! Oh and as far as saftey ratings go, everything u said can be attributed to WileyX as well, it doesn't mean they r good sunglasses, it means they r good safety glasses with tint, and a shitty polarizing film.
