by far, the single best stress releiver is longboarding (or surfing if you are lucky enough to live by the ocean). every day this summer, id come from a bad day at work, and go jump on my board, and cruze some hills into the sunset while listening to mellow surf rock. when the sun finally sets, you are in such a euphoric mindset, its insane. skiing is a good way to releive stress too, and breaking shit is a great way to get read of anger (as long as its something worthless)
