Favorite Ski Movie and Why?

TBC. I remember I was in copper mountain when I was like 6 or 7 and I was in a ski shop with my family and I remember watching it on a TV they had in there just in corner. It was blowing my little brain, it was crazy. I've never seen anyone do that shit on skis. I was a total park gaper though at the time but I grew out of my shell now and still watch that movie. Still blows my mind. T-halls cab cork 7's, Mike wilson goin' off, just madness.

The 86 because it was really really well put together , the music the shots the skiing was just on point. Clayton's segment had the bagner ending and shea and chuck the 2nd most noteworthy segment (after clayton). It was just way too good. ( this is my opinion on the recent films)

The Eighty Six, just because I love stepts editing/style and the shit they do is so gnarly they hold it down.

Others:

Weight

So Far So Hood

The Grand Bizzare

Slamina

Road To Nowhere

I will always have a special place in my heart for Ski Movie because it was the first ski movie I bought.

X=10 is up there. JP. Ant B's best segment. TJ Schiller's best segment. Candide. Simon D's best segment. I need to go watch it again.

Idea inspires style like no other.

Hot Lunch. Nothing gets me more stoked to go ski with friends and have fun wherever you are.

Haven't seen Few Words, but did go to IF3 Montreal this year, and have been watching almost every movie that comes out since 2006 and many before that.

So Teddy Bear Crisis for the level of skiing at the time and the different take on film making.

Even though Ahmet Dadali had the best part of all time in Eye Trip.

been real time ever since i saw it. They're just having so much fun and the vibe is amazing definitely one of the best films out.
