i like the one where they go to england and they are in the round about thing and marge keeps saying "just keep turning" and finally homer turns out and knocks the queens cart thing over and it lights on fire.

 
I can't believe no one mentioned the episode where Homer is skiing. He actually skis fakie and does a corked 7 at the end of his run and lands right by the ticket booth.
